Zanetto manufactory is a company founded in 1963 by Bernardo Zanetto.
An Italian, from a young age he was passionate about precious metalworking - he dedicated a lot of free time to observing Italian artists at workshops located in the heart of Padua.
After some time, he received his first award - a gold medal at the International Crafts Fair in Florence. Through collaboration with other craft enthusiasts, his workshop grew increasingly popular and now boasts worldwide recognition!
The product we present to you is the Rain series table fork, decorated with aghi finished with the PVD method, which involves physical vapor deposition plating.
This cycle is carried out in a vacuum, making it environmentally friendly, and products finished with this technique can be uniformly coated in any gold color.
PVD coatings provide the item with resistance to wear due to their hardness.
Their resistance to compressive stresses is increased by the impact strength of the blades and resistance to thermal cracking.
Modern coatings combine these components in layers and/or laminar coatings. Laminar coatings consist of numerous thin layers, in the nanometer range, which make the coating even harder.
