High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Therefore, the manufacturing phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Router, Dowel Jigs, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using mortise and tenon joints and epoxy glues, steel screws, and are finished with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with craftsmanship ensuring the final quality at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with other fabrics.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition to its new owner!
