We are pleased to announce new products from the exceptionally luxurious brand Ongaro & Fuga, which was founded in 1954 by Franco Fuga and his wife Tullia Ongaro. The collaboration of these two highly creative individuals gave rise to a distinctive and fresh perspective on art. They proudly emphasize that Ongaro & Fuga is a centuries-old tradition, reviving the magic and prestige of Venetian mirrors.
Their talent was inherited by their son Julian, who continues the family traditions. Through collaboration with international artists and designers, he creates a bridge to the future. This is a significant nod to family and multi-generational craftsmanship. Julian believes that every cloud or colorful Italian facade reflected in the lagoon waters provides vibrant material for new projects. Many of these luxurious mirrors are faithful reproductions of antique pieces. Ongaro & Fuga is part of the Consorzio Promovetro di Murano – a very important consortium that is a member of Confartigianato Venezia and Confindustria Venezia. For over twenty years, they have been continuously working to strengthen the image of artistic glass to preserve and defend the thousand-year-old Murano glass art. This is an extremely important initiative that does a lot of good for cultural heritage. Ongaro & Fuga are proud of their Promovetro certification for producing their mirrors on Murano.

It is a truly extraordinary craft. The reflection of this beauty is a very long process, created with the work of hands, heart, and soul. That is why Ongaro & Fuga artistic mirrors have their price. The work involved often exceeds 100 hours and can include thousands of decorative elements. This is genuine luxury and a testament to the strength of European family workshops. For centuries, artisans have driven the evolution of the premium industry, shaping the final appearance of each piece with their hands. Everything begins with a sketch on paper. Then, the glass is gradually shaped to fit the design, using very delicate and smooth diamond grinding stones. Step by step, the sharp edges and imperfections are refined. From a brilliant idea, a luxurious harmony that combines tradition with modernity is born! It’s magic—these mirrors, if desired, can become the focal point of your interior.
