The GRACE collection stems from a broad path of research and innovation that could be described as a “total life office,” focused on proposing new products and accessories to create a coordinated and refined atmosphere for contemporary work environments.
In the name of timeless elegance, GRACE is a collection of lamps with simple and rigorous lines, enriched with surprising combinations of noble materials and refined details. Geometric and noble elements combined: a hand-blown glass sphere, balanced on a metal brass-finished base, resting on a round marble or metal support. An essential yet decorative design that fits perfectly into any environment dedicated not only to offices but also to homes and contract spaces, with maximum flexibility for customization.
The collection is entirely made in Italy from high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship, ensuring that the final product features excellent craftsmanship.

The collection consists of two models available in table, floor, pendant, and wall versions. Both share materials, finishes, and details: a blown glass diffuser in the shape of a sphere, available in clear, tinted, and acid-etched white versions; a round base made of Carrara white marble and black Marquina marble or painted metal in white, black, dark blue, oriental red, curry, and copper; details in brushed brass that enhance the frame.
Model GRACE No. 1 features a simple bridge in one size for the table version and two sizes for the other versions.
Model GRACE No. 2 has a support with an arm in the table and floor versions, with three arms and twelve suspended spheres, as well as a single support in the wall version. The collection offers maximum freedom to combine finishes of the base, frame, and glass diffuser to create custom solutions
to interpret different styles and environments.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family business rooted in the Italian northeastern furniture district. It designs elegant office furniture systems deeply rooted in the region. Over these twenty years, the company's economic growth has allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the spread of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from {stylish|designer} execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The Prof company headquarters, along with its plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture districts. It covers a total area of about 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodworking, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of prestigious office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The company manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in the Treviso province and always bases its identity on the highest values of respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how" that has evolved—also thanks to new technologies—have allowed the Professor to confirm and solidify his success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation while adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," which enables the integration of elements such as reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network is expanding within Italy, mainly in the designated production district where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and manufactured in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

DESIGN

At the Prof factory, every element of equipment stems from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of the workplace. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is expressed through an internal Design Department that works closely with external designers and is constantly updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and produced in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

PERSONALIZATION

Prof can offer and execute customized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized elements, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Professor maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's high production flexibility allows, in addition to series production, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail, culminating in step-by-step construction and final installation.
The entire production is fully adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition and to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof emphasizes maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and conserve energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Furthermore, each panel is marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Professor's specific commitment to establishing his own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the same twenty-year period of the company, Prof introduced a new green symbol to confirm and identify his commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its core values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” by choosing a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO PACKAGING

Prof continues to dedicate efforts toward a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park made of biodegradable cardboard, enabling tailored training in packaging techniques. Optimization tailored to specific products allows for significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste have been established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers and subsequently subjected to recycling processes.

CERTIFICATIONS

Demonstrating a commitment to quality, Prof obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification and adheres to international standards in design, development, production, and customer service.
