João Faria has created the stunning Home Desk ROOTS for modern and stylish home offices. The combinations are almost limitless, as this desk is available in custom options. Instead of placing it against a wall, it should stand in the middle of the room and be admired from all sides. The desk features two discreet drawers made from different wood veneers or colors to add a surprising accent. It can also include access to wiring (USB and electrical outlets) and a wireless charging pad for mobile phones (upon request).
In 2018, the home desk received the “Silver A’ Design Award” in the category of “Furniture, Decorative Items, and Homeware Design.” This piece is entirely made in Portugal and handcrafted. Each stage of the process is carefully executed or supervised by the creator within a small workshop.
