MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved and since the 1980s has taken on its current corporate form. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its interior accessories lines, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creative details and handcrafted craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and international expansion.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, which presents an extraordinary combination of ceramic/fabric and signals success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of luxurious products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.

In 2018, Vittoria, the eldest daughter, joined the company as head of communication and quality to testify to further generational evolution.
