The company began its operations in the late 1980s, revolutionizing the world of weaving craftsmanship. It uses Himalayan wool from local sheep for production. These sheep graze at altitudes above 14,000 feet above sea level, and their wool is rich in lanolin. This unique property makes the brand’s rugs more resistant to dirt.
Beautiful colors are the result of manual processing and dyeing. Inspirations for rug designs include Venetian fabrics, Tibetan and Buddhist symbols, art, architecture, and nature. Many patterns are inspired by tropical leaf shapes or the hues of the setting sun over the towering Himalayan peaks.
All products are handmade from carefully selected silk and Himalayan wool yarns. The dyeing process is entirely natural, utilizing organic materials such as nuts, roots, and saffron—ensuring the highest quality.
