Description
"Etretat" is a landscape painting created en plein air, in Etretat, Normandy. This incredible view is breathtaking, and there's nothing surprising about it, as this place has been attracting many artists since the second half of the 19th century: Gustave Courbet, Claude Monet. White cliffs, a beach, and the roar of foaming waves have inspired painters and writers. This small town in northern France is situated along the coast called Côte d’Albâtre. Surrounded on two sides by high seaside cliffs, it stimulates the imagination and provides inspiration. The stunning Etretat cliffs are famous worldwide for their naturally carved arches. Three white cliffs: Falaise d’Aval, Falaise d’Adoumont, and the needle reflect the character of this extraordinary landscape. The painting is shipped in a secure and insured wooden crate, along with a certificate of authenticity. Signed in the lower right corner.

"Every good painting is abstract. Form, brush movement, color combinations, and purely abstract associations create a painterly reality that speaks to the viewer through the power and force of color clashes. The world of colors, hues, light, and form fascinated me since childhood. I try to paint and draw every day. A day without artistic work is a lost day. An artist must be very demanding of themselves and, regardless of successes or failures, strive to make the next piece better than the previous one. For me, painting is like breathing... an uninterrupted, natural, essential process that has accompanied me and will always accompany me...
