Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of artisans but are performed from start to finish by the same person. The best quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.
