Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase subject to specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid Wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled with dado and dowel joints, glued with epoxy and steel screws, and covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, where only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic Material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored hues.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to form complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn with the fabric.

Assembly and Packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!

Even after years of happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
