Its core principle is a strong attachment to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.
The brand's founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products. Therefore, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. This does not mean, however, that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.
Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.
